ProvenanceThe first of five albums of an unnamed soldier (or soldiers) in Wehrmacht Artillery Regiment 109. Photographs document his pre-war service including training and barracks life. Of interest are pictures of his unidentified village home, family and friends and especially a large Nazi ceremony and parade in a nearby town. Also included are tourist snapshots of Cologne and the Rhine.
