ProvenanceSecond of two Canadian WW2 RAF albums with additional loose prints. These photographs - by C.A. Morrison - document his journey to Canada (via Iceland), visit to Ontario (Toronto, Niagara Falls) and training at No. 34 S.F.T.S. (Service Flying Training School) in Medicine Hat, Alberta where Morrison may have been an instructor. Photographs are of camp life, fellow airmen, civilians, ice skating, Medicine Hat (including a 'Milk For Britain' parade), various outings into the Prairies and the August 1941 visit of the Duke of Kent. Aircraft pictured include a Boeing Stearman trainer, a Lockheed Hudson, a twin-engine Cessna Crane, De Havilland Tiger Moth (crashed), Airspeed Oxford (crashed) and numerous North American Harvards as well as a number of T.C.A. (Trans-Canada Airlines) civilian aircraft. Captions.
